Washed before placing on crib mattress per tag's directions (which included dry on LOW setting). Even with husband's help, I am unable to get the pad onto the mattress. We purchased this pad in a local Target store, they had 2 options available and we got one of each (neither fits). Didn't try before washing, so I'm not sure if it fit to begin with or not. Upon reading the reviews of this mattress pad on [...], I realize that I'm not the only one with this issue. Hoping Target will allow us to return them, and will be trying another brand.
