These sheet protectors or crib sheets if used alone are nice. They protect the mattress or regular crib sheet below and are easy to remove and put back on. You don't have to wrestle the crib mattress to change it when wet in the middle of the night. I would not put them in the dryer for fear of shrinkage and caution when hanging them... they drip making a good puddle.
